Subscription Cancelation Policy (For Journal Junk Subscribers) & More Info
Subscription Payment Information:
When our subscriptions are available, to receive a box on the current month subscriptions must be activated and payment received no later than the 11th of the current month. Any subscriptions received after the 11th of the month will go towards the next box vs. the upcoming box shipment.
After your initial subscription payment (on day of subscription activation) all payments will be taken on the 8th of each month to provide efficiency of processing all orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Journal Junk Subscription product, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. You also have the option to skip a month.
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, please cancel or contact us on or before the 5th of the month. Skips for the current month also must happen by the 5th. We can't guarantee that the next box will be skipped if done after that date.

Logging into your account to cancel your subscription will be the quickest way to process cancellation. When emailing it may take 1-2 business days to process your cancellation.
Please note: we are not able to offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped or payments that have already been processed.
Our subscription box is a surprise box and if you don’t like some of the box contents, that's a perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to friends and family.
*Beauty products policy: beauty products may be included with your subscription products. Ingredients are listed on the beauty products. Any products used are used at your own risk. Please be sure to read the ingredients label before using. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions from beauty products.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product if a product is defective or missing. If a Product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, we will either replace the product or process a credit to your account. Please take a picture of the damaged item to send our way. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled on a case to case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When returning Products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the Products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label. Refunds are at the sole discretion of dgjournals.com
